本文件规定了由于各种原因产生的电压骚扰和电磁骚扰，对电气装置安全的要求。
本文件不适用于向公电网发电、输电和配电的系统（见IEC 60364-1范围），尽管此骚扰可在电气装置内部或电气装置之间通过电源系统传导。

442 因高压系统接地故障和低压系统故障引起的低压装置暂时过电压的防护
442.1 适用范围
本条款规定低压装置在以下故障时的安全要求：
——为低压装置供电的变电所内高压系统与地之间的故障；
——低压系统中性导体中断；
——线导体与中性导体之间短路；
——低压IT系统线导体意外的接地。
变电站接地配置要求按IEC 61936-1。
442.1.1 一般规则
442包括高压/低压变电站高压线导体与地之间故障时，给出对变电站的设计者和安装者的规定。需要以下高压系统相关资料：
——接地故障电流最大值；
——接地配置的电阻。
以下条款考虑442.1提及的通常引起最严重的暂时过电压（IEC 60050-604定义）四种情况：
——高压系统与地之间故障（见442.2）；
——低压系统中性导体中断（见442.3）；
——低压IT系统意外接地（见442.4）；
——低压装置短路（见422.5）。
