1 范围

      本标准适用于配备于工业、商业或住宅，作为独立的发电系统或其子系统的自动化、固定式的微型燃气轮机发电装置的安全性要求。涵盖输出电压为交流不超过1kV或直流不超过1.5kV，单机功率500 kW及以下，燃用液体或气体燃料，在常规或危险的位置安装或使用，包括在浮动生产平台等在内的海洋用以及陆用，涉及开式循环、闭式循环和半闭式循环（简单、联合、回热、再热等）等所有循环类型的微型燃气轮机，以及其控制与检测系统、相关辅助设备等。

      本标准适用于直接与微型燃气轮机相连的传动机械（如齿轮箱）；或位于微型燃气轮机箱体内成为微型燃气轮机箱装体危险区域范围一部分（如位于箱体内的发电机）；或是对微型燃气轮机安全运行有直接影响的驱动装置。本标准详细规定了与微型燃气轮机相关的预期重要危险并指出了降低和消除这些危险的合理方法和过程，提出了对人员伤亡及对环境带来的风险，不包括对人员及环境无伤害的装置的破坏。

      微型燃气轮机箱装体通常由国际标准或国家标准来指定，通过采用额外的安全规范和标准可进一步提高安全性，这些安全规范和标准也被用于采用其他技术的微型燃气轮机。

      注：应说明的是，本标准可能不包括设备安装国家的当地法规。

      本标准在最大程度上基于已有的、已认可的ISO和IEC标准，提出微型燃气轮机的安全性要求，当无ISO或IEC标准时执行其他的规范或标准（例如EN、NFPA等）。如果地方或国家法规接受其他的规范或标准，或规定了同等风险等级要求的替代国际或国家标准，则可以用这些替代规范或标准取代第2章中的规范性引用文件。

      本标准不适用于直接或间接推进应用、特殊热源应用以及处于研发阶段的微型燃气轮机，也不包括压缩空气储能电站中的微型燃气轮机。本标准在合适的场合可用于给出这些设备的一般性指导。

      本标准不适用于其作为标准发布前制造的设备或安全组件。
