1 范围

      本标准规定了自行式林业机械和按作业要求装配成林业机械的安全要求。本标准包括林业机械在正常使用或误用时生产厂家可合理预见的一般的严重危害、危险情况和事件，如ISO6814中规定的伐木机、归堆机、打枝机、集运机、木材装载机、集材机、联合作业机、联合伐木机和粉碎抛撒机，以及上述机型组合在一起的多功能联合作业机。

      本标准不涉及针对个别机器的危害，如有关具体附件的危害。因此，单独使用本标准不能足以覆盖本标准涵盖的大多数机器的所有严重危害。

      本标准不涉及与导板上端锯链断损及甩射、货物起卸、遥控操作、工作灯需求以及道路安全相关的危害。本标准不涉及振动测量试验装置以及工作周期，也不涉及噪声测量的检验方法。

      本标准不适用于专业维修人员维护和修理机器的相关危害。

      本标准列出的严重危害一览表参见附录A。

      本标准不适用于在其实施以前生产的机器。

2 规范性引用文件

      下列文件对于本文件的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件，仅注日期的版本适用于本文件。凡是不注日期的引用文件，其最新版本（包括所有的修改单）适用于本文件。

3 术语和定义

      ISO 12100和ISO 6814界定的术语和定义适用于本文件。

4 安全要求和（或）保护措施

4.1 总则

      机器应符合本章的安全要求和（或）保护措施，机器应按5.2的规定进行标志，按5.3的规定给出安全图示。

      对于本标准中未提及的相关的非严重危害，机器在设计时应按ISO 12100中的相关规定执行。

      机器附带的操作者手册应符合5.1的规定。

      通过观察检验其是否合格。

4.2 安全距离、护板和护罩

      除非本标准另有规定，否则安全距离应符合ISO 13857的规定（ISO 13857：2008中4.2.4.2除外）。除固定护板和护罩在各自位置的那些紧固件应连接在护板或机器上外，护板和护罩，包括隔热板均应符合ISO3457的规定。

      通过测量检验其是否合格。

4.3 操作者工作位

4.3.1 操纵空间

      操作室的设计和布置应确保操作者在任何操纵位置都能进行正常的操作，任何设备或工作附件的布置不应占用ISO 3411：2007第5章规定的操纵空间或者符合4.5要求的操纵空间。

      通过观察和测量检验其是否合格。

4.3.2 保护操作者的结构

4.3.2.1 落物保护结构（FOPS）

      所有机器应安装FOPS，且按ISO 8083：2006中4.3的要求试验时，该结构应能满足11600J的能级。

      按ISO 8083的要求进行试验，检验其是否合格。

4.3.2.2 滚翻保护结构（ROPS）

      所有符合ISO 8082-1和ISO 8082-2适用范围的机器都应安装满足ISO 8082-1或ISO 8082-2要求的ROPS。

      按ISO 8082-1或ISO 8082-2的要求进行试验，检验其是否合格。

4.3.2.3 操作者保护结构（OPS）

      所有符合ISO 8084适用范围的机器都应按照ISO8084的要求（包括ISO 8084：2003中5.2的结构要求）安装OPS。

      集材机上用于分拨幼树和树枝的装置应根据其形状、位置和强度恰当地安装在操作室的前面或后面。

操作室应安装有机玻璃或类似的透明材料，或其他适当的护板或护罩，二者也可以同时安装以保护操作者不受甩出的锯链、锯齿等飞行物的伤害。

      所有安装圆盘锯的机器都应按照ISO 11839对操作者进行保护。

      所有安装锯链切割系统的机器都应按照ISO 11837安装锯链甩射防护系统。
